For use by CURRENT MEMBERS who wish to add the Expanded Directory Listing / Firm Website Link (click for information). SUBMIT THIS FORM TO US USING THE BUTTON BELOW.

2. Submit this request to us using the button above. You will receive by email an invoice allowing you to pay the $500 annual fee by credit card online (this will not occur automatically, but may take several days to be generated and sent to you). When the invoice is paid, the Expanded Directory Listing will be added.
3. After receiving and paying the invoice please review your Member Profile and be sure your Name, City, State, Firm Name, Firm Website address and Areas of Practice are current and accurate (these are the items which will appear in the Directory). Use the EDIT feature in your Profile to make any changes. (To review your Member Profile, see the Log In icon at the top of this page). Please Note: In addition to reviewing / editing your general Profile information, be sure and scroll to the Expanded Directory Listing section at the bottom of the Edit Profile page and complete the sections on Firm Name, Firm Website and Areas of Practice (even if you have already edited such items at the top portion of the Edit Profile page). This will cause such information to appear in your Expanded Directory Listing.
4. Please note that your Firm Website Address MUST be in proper format to display in your Member Listing. It must be the full website address which starts with "http://" or https://". For more information please see FIRM WEBSITE FORMAT REQUIREMENTS
5. You may update the listing information at any time by going to your Member Profile (see How To Edit Your Member Profile). Near the end of the one year subscription period, you will receive by email a renewal invoice which you may pay if you wish to continue the Expanded Directory Listing. It will not be automatically renewed.
